We offer free worldwide shipping for all prints and original artworks with DHL. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for customers almost anywhere in the world. If you have any difficulties during the ordering process, please contact us so we can help you.

We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 days after payment is received and will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can keep up-to-date on when your order is due to arrie. Please note that we currently do not deliver to parcel stations.

Every order is carefully packaged in an art-safe packaging, either rolled or flat in a carton, to ensure a secure arrival.

Please note that international customers may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or fees upon delivery, which we unfortunately have no control over. We are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise after your order has been delivered. If you have any questions regarding local fees, please contact your local post office or the relevant customs office.

Return

We offer you the choice of a refund or exchange if the product is defective, damaged or different from your order. Your right to a refund or exchange remains valid for 14 days after delivery of the product. Please contact us at graphic@eweiskar.deto exercise this right. In doing so, we need the order number, your contact details, a description of the reason for the refund or exchange and a photo of the defect or damage to the product, more information on this can also be found in the recall instructionIf you are requesting a refund or exchange, please return the purchased product, including the Certificate of Authenticity, in unaltered condition and in the original packaging.

After shipping, orders reach Europe and the UK within 2 - 10 business days. For deliveries outside Europe it can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number to keep track of the status of your order.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can simply write us an mail and we will cancel the order.
